Notice on the stock of Fruit Pulps
Hi healthy and happy people!
Let us apologize for having our fruit pulps out of stock for so long. Last year we made an investment in our own processing plant in Colombia in order to have more control on the quality of the products and have more flexibility at the time of introducing a greater variety of exotic fruits. When we made this decision we expected the plant to be up and running in January, but unfortunately we had big delays. The good news is that the plant is finally finished and we are doing production at this moment! We estimate that it will take us 3 weeks to produce the lot for the next import, and 2 more weeks for the container to arrive to our distribution center in Jacksonville, FL. Therefore we expect to have all the current fruits and more back in stock by the second week of June.
We know that many of you have been waiting for a long time for our products to be back in stock, and again we apologize for that. It was this special situation with the new plant that caused this, but from now on we should have all of our products in stock permanently.
Finally, we're glad to announce that there will be a significant improvement in the product packaging which will prevent the product from leaking in the coolers as sometimes it happened in the past. Also, we will have new exotic fruits available for you to try and enjoy!

To ensure arrival of our products in the best condition, we only use shipment services that will guarantee a maximum of 2 days of transit. Our frozen fruit packs typically ship from Monday until Wednesday to guarantee a shipping time of two business days (orders on other weekdays will be queued until next possible date). They are shipped in special insulated boxes to keep them cool during the transit. The packs may not be completely frozen upon arrival but this won't harm the product since they will still be cool. Once you receive the products take them out of the cooler and store them in the freezer.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, or outside of the United States.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number.
Our products are shipped from Jacksonville, Florida.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the perishability of our products, we cannot accept returns.
If there is something wrong with the order we will gladly work with our customers case by case to either issue a refund or ship a new order.
